Executive Committee Member

Ms. Collins is an experienced administrative professional with a passion for early childhood education and women’s health. Beyond her duties as part of the Executive Committee for CAO of WNY, she currently is a part of the Executive Committee and Treasurer for CAO of WNY’s Head Start. 

In addition, Ms. Collins volunteers with Buffalo Prenatal-Perinatal Network as a Community Health Worker. She assists young women that are pregnant and or with young children to attain much-needed services to provide a healthy home. An important part of her time volunteering is to help her son’s school as an event coordinator facilitating social gatherings and fundraisers throughout the school year.

In the past, Ms. Collins has been an official member of Dress for Success Buffalo where she played an important role in encouraging individuals to attain attractive positions within their field. 

Her passion for nonprofits started when she worked as an administrative assistant for a prominent leader of a local school. Through that work, she was introduced to the United Way and all the organizations under organizations umbrella. 

Ms. Collins graduated from Bryant and Stratton College and has earned a degree as an AA Paralegal. She also has a degree from Columbus State University.
