Helping Parents During Covid-19

CAO is helping families during the Covid-19 crisis with school reopening and the transition to remote learning ensuring that parents’ voices are included in school-based planning and shared decision-making.

Under our Better Schools Better Neighborhoods initiative at the Masten Resource Center, parents can take advantage of our interactive platform on the We The Parents” radio show/podcast, Facebook Live Zoom table talks, and virtual parent training sessions. Parents and caregivers can also engage in meaningful dialogue and are provided with updates, access to resources, and information that can help them support their children. CAO also conducts wellness calls to parents to support them through the challenges of remote learning.
